The Sail Loft, a boutique in the heart of downtown Newport, features national brands including Insight, Tribal, Tommy Bahama, and Robert Graham. Our seaside location sets the stage for a lively, fun, and energetic workplace.

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about customer service, providing a highly memorable and personalized customer experience through product knowledge and an exceptional store environment.

We are looking for full-time/part-time, year-round/seasonal sales associates. Skills necessary for consideration:

• Fashion knowledge of women and menswear
• Customer service driven
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to meet and exceed sales goals
• Must be self-motivated, responsible, and reliable
• Enthusiastic and open-minded
• Ability to multi-task
• Confident and competent
• Work well as a part of a team

Must be available to work days/nights, weekends, and holidays based on the needs of the business.
