The Rugged Mill in North Conway, NH is looking for one shift lead to join our 6 person strong team. We are located on 2633 White Mountain Hwy. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and engaged.

We have Full-time and Part-Time positions available. *Full-time is minimum 32 Hours/Wk and is Year round. Some nights and weekends needed but we have some flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Interact regularly with customers ensuring a positive experience
• Opening and Closing store procedures. Handling daily deposits and operations.
• Coordinate and facilitate staff member's tasks to ensure timely execution
• Accurately process and reconcile shift payment transactions
• Motivate staff while working towards one goal
• Will work closely with Business Owners and Store Manger to create a successful business environment

Qualifications

• Outgoing and engaging personality
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Able to resolve conflicts quickly and efficiently
• Experience in a leadership role is a definite plus
