DIGITAL DESIGNER

The Rounds Digital Designer is a resourceful digital producer who can create engaging designs and layouts that serve as key differentiators to support business needs and brand-building initiatives. You thoughtfully and strategically use the visual identity, brand voice, and messaging of The Rounds to create consistent design experiences that resonate with customers and stand out in the competitive landscape.

As a part of our Central Marketing team, you must be ready to thrive in high ambiguity and comfortable executing with autonomy. This is a high-impact role that will ensure brand and creative excellence across critical digital channels.

You will:

• Conceptualize, design, and develop compelling assets across all digital channels (Site, Email, Paid Ads, & Social).
• Update and maintain the website’s style guide–be a key collaborator in the site’s redesign and evolution.
• Collaborate with Performance and Social Marketing teams to execute relevant and effective digital content.
• Evolve and refresh existing email templates to increase click-through rates.
• Consider UX responsiveness and mobile-first thinking when approaching all projects.
• Stay on top of digital design trends within the direct to consumer industry and beyond.
• Respond to briefs and encourage feedback and collaboration across all teams.
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects.

You are:

• A compelling creative with 3 years of experience and a portfolio that demonstrates systems thinking and showcases work across various digital touchpoints.
• An expert with design processes and technology such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, AfterEffects, and/or Canva.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and have the ability to self-manage your time to meet deadlines.
• An awesome communicator and thrive in a team environment that requires coordination across functions to achieve brand goals.
• Empathic and cultivate a deep understanding of all sets of users, internal and external, for anything you design.
• Are entrepreneurial in spirit with a passion for disruption and thrive in change.
• Accountable, results-oriented, and like to make things happen.
• Experienced in video editing and building motion graphics.
