Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a personable and attentive Host/Hostess to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality, have a strong background in customer service, and possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. As a host/hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their entire experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements to ensure optimal flow and guest satisfaction
• Maintain an organized and accurate waitlist during busy periods
• Assist guests with inquiries and provide information about the lounge’s offerings and events
• Ensure the entry area is clean, organized, and inviting
• Coordinate with servers and bar staff to provide seamless service
• Handle guest complaints and concerns promptly and professionally
• Uphold The Rose Garden’s standards of service and guest experience

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in an upscale bar, lounge, or restaurant environment
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Proficiency with reservation and POS systems is a plus
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
