Responsibilities

• Maintaining and repairing commercial and industrial roofs
• Ability to diagnose and rectify roof leak issues
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to all customers throughout the process
• Represent as a field contact for the customer
• Proficient in the use of email/text/report writing (using Microsoft WORD upon training)
• Service accounts throughout Southern California and availability to commute.
• Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone

Must have:

• 3 years of commercial/industrial/ roofing experience
• Reliability and an excellent, positive attitude
• Ability to work well independently
• Ability to work in extreme environments such as hot sun, cold, rain.
• Ability to safely handle tools and materials such as ladders, heavy buckets, etc.
• Ability to work at heights including on rooftops, climbing ladders and stairs
• Ability to perform repetitious duties including lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
• Attention to detail and a commitment to servicing clients at the highest quality
• Ability to successfully pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Strong time management capabilities and ability to navigate logistics of region
• A valid California driver’s license

Compensation and Benefits

• $23 - $27/hr. depending on experience and increase after probation period

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
