St. Thomas Aquinas parish is looking for a part-time maintenance worker for the maintenance of our church and parish premises. The position includes a variety of tasks such as cleaning of our church, and setting up as needed for parish events, preventative maintenance, and minor repairs. The schedule is flexible and can be arranged dependent on candidates availability.
Requirements
Ability to:
Follow oral and written instructions.
Lift up to 40 pounds.
Perform tasks requiring standing, crouching, kneeling, stooping, and bending.
Wage Range
The rate of pay offered to the selected candidate is based on internal pay policy and budget. New hires are commonly paid at the minimum of the wage range or within the lower part of the range. We consider a number of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training and other department needs.
