The MC-12 Scheduler provides scheduling support for all academic, static aircraft, flight line, emulator, and range requirements. The Scheduler schedules training events on a daily, weekly or an as-needed basis. The Scheduler also schedules non-training resource requirements for Distinguished Visitors (DVs), Quality Assurance (QA), Configuration Management, and other site functional areas requiring system time. The Scheduler schedules flight training sorties and generates daily and weekly resource schedules, resolves student and instructor status, and maintains a file of instructor qualifications to permit backup of each instructional position. The Scheduler coordinates class schedules with room assignments for optimum use of buildings and equipment and assigns rooms for training.

Scheduling personnel use current scheduling tools utilized by the 306 IS, such as Patriot Excalibur (PEX). The Scheduler develops efficient solutions to meet site specified changes to scheduling requirements, systems, and integration requirements. Schedulers also coordinate with other military units for supported training.

Duties include but not limited to:

Maintain student schedules to meet mission qualification schedule. The 306 IS will establish the priority of support. Maintaining student schedules includes but is not limited to the following:

• Work in close concert with unit personnel to track daily student training.
• Schedule contract/active duty/guard/reserve instructors for training programs at their respective locations. The 306 IS will determine the primary Government POC for scheduling duties (e.g., Flight Chief, MQT).
• Disseminate weekly schedules and make required changes (to include pushing schedules to students’ electronic flight bags (EFBs) if applicable). Schedulers must be able to work in a dynamic flying training environment.
• Support operations management, to include functions related to current operations, scheduling, and training (to include range/airspace scheduling) • Track daily student operations.
• Assist forecasting, developing, and coordinating with various internal and external agencies for the execution of the unit’s classroom, ground, and flying schedule.
• Coordinate as required to ensure range/airspace is de-conflicted between 306 IS and ANG MC- 12W units.
• Coordinate schedule changes and accommodations with the Flight Chief of MQT and Sq DO. Contractor inputs will be considered when creating the schedule.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must possess a Secret Clearance or previously held a Secret Clearance which has expired (not revoked).
• Must possess a minimum of two (2) years of experience working with PEX (or similar proprietary scheduling program).
• Must possess a minimum of two (2) years of experience working with Microsoft Access, Excel, and SharePoint.
• Must have unit level current flight operations scheduling or similar experience.
