Job Title: Advanced Aerial Instruction (AAI) Instructor
Location: Holloman AFB

Overview: The Rockhill Group, Inc. is currently seeking qualified AAI Instructors to join our training team at Holloman AFB. This position requires experienced military instructor pilots who are committed to delivering high-quality instruction and enhancing the capabilities of Air Force personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert flight instruction and guidance based on established military protocols and procedures.
• Complete required instructor courses such as the Classroom Instructor Course (CIC), Principles of Instruction (POI), or equivalent DoD Component courses.
• Utilize specialized knowledge from Advanced Instrument Schools (AIS) or equivalent flight courses to instruct and mentor trainees.

Basic Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a military instructor pilot, with an Air Force specialty Code "K" or "T" prefix or equivalent experience from sister services.
• Commitment to complete a CIC, POI, or equivalent DoD Component course within six months of commencing duties as an instructor, if not already completed. Courses such as the Air Combat Command CIC or MAJCOM equivalent will satisfy this requirement.
• Graduates of the Advanced Instrument School (AIS) or an approved equivalent Instrument Flight Course.

Additional Requirements:

• Instructors not yet meeting the AIS or equivalent requirement may be nominated by the contractor to attend such courses, subject to availability and MAJCOM approval. The contractor will bear the cost of school attendance including any associated travel expenses.
