The Role:

As our Repair Center Supervisor, you will lead a team of skilled repair specialists in delivering exceptional repair solutions. You'll play a pivotal role in driving productivity, implementing best practices, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the repair center workload, ensuring efficient scheduling and prioritization of repairs.
• Drive productivity and performance among repair specialists, setting clear goals and providing ongoing support and development.
• Develop process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and quality standards.
• Monitor repair quality and performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Serve as a liaison between the repair center and other departments, fostering collaboration and alignment across the organization.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience leading teams of 10 or more employees.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to drive data-driven decision-making.
• Experience within a repair center (electronics, mechanical, phones, handheld devices, POS, Printers, computers, similar)
• Associate degree in electronics, similar or electro mechanics. (preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $60,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
