Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Spa Manager to oversee our spa operations and deliver exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the wellness industry and possess strong leadership skills to lead a team of spa professionals effectively.

Duties:

- Manage day-to-day spa operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service

Experience:

- Proven experience in administrative roles within the spa or wellness industry

- Strong background in sales management with a track record of achieving revenue targets

- Experience in training development and team management

- Ability to sell spa services, manage cash handling, and negotiate with vendors
