JOB SUMMARY

Registered Nurses at The River Source are the backbone of our patient's medical care. RNs evaluate our new and existing patients, administer medications, discuss care plans with patients, collaborate with other departments and members of our team, and offer their knowledge and guidance to our patients and team.

RN Responsibilities

• Evaluate clients upon admission and provide continued monitoring and treatment during their time at The River Source.
• Complete detox assessments when appropriate
• Evaluate clients for Post-Acute Withdrawal Syndrome
• Assure that dietary needs are met by communicating with Kitchen Staff
• Administers medications to all clients as ordered and monitors the detoxification process.
• Transcribe physician's Orders and Implement all Medical Protocols as ordered.
• When appropriate discuss medical progress with the client's family and/or other staff members to ensure the continuation of care
• Complete IV Nutrient Therapy on patients

RN Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing (Preferred) or
• Associate degree in nursing
• Current and in good standing AZ Registered Nurse license
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to pass E-Verify and background check.

Schedule:

• Friday-Sunday
• 12-hour shift 7a-7p

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Arizona City, AZ 85123: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $34 - $40 per hour

Compensation will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the applicant.

You will be required to pass a drug screen upon hiring.
