JOB SUMMARY
BHT's are responsible for leading clients in their day-to-day activities at The River Source. You will also guide clients in groups and in life skill development while maintaining a professional demeanor. As a BHT you will have the opportunity to work with the Treatment Team to ensure the success of each client.

Physical/Emotional Health Requirements
Must be without physical or emotional limitations that would impair the ability to fulfill the functions of the position, including freedom from substance abuse. The work environment is characteristic of residential behavioral health treatment services. Must be able to stand, sit, and travel to all areas of the facility and meetings as necessary; read, write, and comprehend the English language.
