GROWTH POSITION - SEEKING EXPERIENCED RECRUITER - DIRECT HIRE!

THE RIGHT STAFF has partnered with a global manufacturing client in their search for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist at their Portland, TN location.

Essential Job Duties :

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and identify process improvements.
• Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and business partners.
• Source candidates through online channels and attend recruiting events.
• Develop a candidate pipeline and assess applications using our tracking system.
• Plan and conduct interviews, manage onboarding / offboarding, and enhance employer brand initiatives.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects and develop recruitment procedures.

Minimum Requirements :

• bachelor's degree in HR or related field OR four years of relevant experience.
• Four years of proven recruitment, hiring, and onboarding experience.
• Experience in high-volume national recruitment and acquisition environments is a plus.
• Knowledge of job posting sites and social media platforms.
• Willingness to travel (10%).
• Note : Role located in Portland, TN. Relocation and remote work are not options.

Schedule, Pay, & Benefits :

• Office located in Portland, TN
• Remote / Hybrid work model for TN residents only.
• Flexible hours; core business hours 8 am to 5 pm
• Pay starts at $75k and depends on experience.
