We are currently searching for 2 highly motivated Distribution Center Operations Manager at one of our warehouses located in Fontana, CA.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide protection of all company assets including people, property, and information
• Conduct theft investigations including surveillance via CCTV and covert equipment
• Interview drivers to report all information regarding outbound loads
• Transact, audit and support operational team with trailer yard activities
• Monitor alarm systems, building access, and fire and life safety regulations
• Capacity to handle confidential information
• Attention to detail
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
• Action driven, and results oriented
• Demonstrated ability to work well in a fast-paced and multi-tasking environment

Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years of distribution and warehousing/logistics experiences
• Experience in Loss Prevention
• Intermediate computer skills (excel, PPT, word, outlook)
• Great written and oral communications skills

Competencies:

• Ability to solve problems creatively and efficiently.

Other Skills And Abilities:

• Able to work independently; good judgment skills; ability to work with limited supervision.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
