Job Description: As a Server at Cucina, you will be an essential part of our dynamic team, contributing to the success of our restaurant by providing excellent service to our guests. Responsibilities:

• Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner.
• Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about menu items, including wine pairings.
• Demonstrate knowledge of our wine selection, offering guidance and suggestions to enhance the dining experience.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and prompt order delivery.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including tables and service areas.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with professionalism.
• Upsell menu items and promote special promotions to enhance the guest experience.

Qualifications:

• 5 years experience as a server in an upscale restaurant setting is required.
• Knowledge of food and beverage pairings, including a basic understanding of wines and their nuances.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with other staff members.
