The Richardson Firm is seeking to onboard an experienced civil paralegal or legal assistant to work in a fast-paced law firm.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience.
Responsibilities include: drafting legal documents, noticing hearings, electronic filing, requesting medical records, data entry, client meetings and communication, and sending correspondence. The individual must be a self-starter, have excellent time management skills, demonstrate initiative, and be capable of working independently.
The candidate’s resume must reflect experience with workers’ compensation or personal injury claims.
Fluency in Spanish is preferred but not required.
This is not a remote position. Candidates must submit both a resume and cover letter to be considered for this role.
Salary rate will be based on experience.
