PEM Motion USA is an e-mobility engineering and business consulting services provider focused on solving complex challenges to help our clients bring their products to the market. We are seeking a Consultant with a focus on business development to help expand our capabilities to support e-mobility projects for our growing team in the US.

Responsibilities

Engage with potential clients to understand their technical needs and challenges, and present tailored solutions from our service and solution portfolio

Lead and contribute to consulting projects in battery, e-motor, fuel cell, electric vehicles, energy storage, and general e-mobility

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a technical advisor and trusted consultant

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction

Travel to meet with clients and provide on-site support across North America

Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry experts, stakeholders, and key players in the e-mobility market

Participate in industry events and conferences to expand our network and showcase our expertise

Your profile

You have a degree in engineering (mechatronics, mechanical, electrical, material science, industrial, chemical, etc.), chemistry, or an MBA, and at least 5 years of industry experience related to e-mobility

You have excellent communication & interpersonal skills, capable of building sustainable connections with clients and industry

You have exceptional written and oral communication skills

You have strong MS Office skills, especially in PowerPoint and Excel

You work reliably, independently, and in a structured manner

You have a proactive & enthusiastic approach to new challenges, with a drive to contribute to company growth

You are inherently curious and have a 'nerdy' passion for e-mobility and the technologies that drive it

Pay: $81,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
