The Position
We are looking for a Site Director to oversee operations at the Retreat at Norwich Lake in Massachusetts. In addition to building and managing bookings at the Retreat around the year, this position will oversee and be responsible for six weeks of summer programming at the site. We seek a hospitality-minded team leader to manage operations, direct camp and build a strong team at the Retreat. A background in camping and/or guest services and management is desired. A competitive package is provided including generous time off, medical benefits, and the option of on-site accommodation.
The Location
The Retreat is located two hours west of Boston on the man-made Norwich Lake, nestled in the Berkshire Mountains. Set on a beautiful 80 acre property, the newly renovated Retreat is a beautiful place for groups, families and organizations to retreat, relax, and be refreshed. Situated in the town limits of Huntington, MA, the university towns of Northampton and Springfield are a short drive away.
