We are seeking 2 friendly and professional Concierge Janitorial to join our team. As a Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for guests and will provide exceptional hospitality and guest services. Your role will involve assisting residence with various request. Attendance is important, our main focus is our residence & to ensure their needs are met, there must be coverage at all times in this location.

We need a weekend concierge Sat & Sunday 10am-6pm on call throughout the weekdays, your hours will vary from 15 hours depending on weekday assistance.

We also need Janitorial 4 hours a day Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities:
- Greet Residences in a warm and professional manner, providing a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing guest records

Skills:
- Strong hospitality background with experience in customer servicing.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 14 per week
