The Residence at Grand Mesa is Hiring a Transportation Driver Near Grand Junction, CO

Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a commercial vehicle to transport passengers or goods to their destinations
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving
- Load and unload cargo or passengers as required
- Communicate effectively with passengers or clients to ensure a positive experience
- Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents that occur during transportation
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance to ensure safety and reliability
- Follow established routes and schedules, or adapt to changes as necessary

Skills:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with commercial driving regulations and procedures
- Ability to navigate using GPS or other navigation systems
- Experience in paratransit or school bus driving is a plus
