Our Core Values at The Renfrow Group Focus On Putting Our Officers And Clients First:
1. Selflessness: It should go without saying that for any security company to succeed, we must prioritize our security officers while our security officers must prioritize the security of our customers. As a mandate of their job responsibilities, our security officers put their lives and wellbeing in danger to secure the safety of others. Instead of avoiding issues by running away from them, our security officers move in their direction to solve them. If a risky occurrence ever takes place, you will witness this value firsthand because it is the foundation of every good security service.
2. Pride: We take great joy in what we do! Many people have the idea that private security officers only work for cash, yet this couldn't be further from the reality. Regardless of their pay grade, our officers take satisfaction in the ability of their everyday work to make a difference in someone's life. Additionally, it may mean the difference in someone's (or many people's) ability to make a living, and they feel happy that their efforts have prevented accidents, financial losses, and even largescale disasters. If you share this value with our current officers, you belong here!
3. Efficacy: The Renfrow Group places a high importance on effectiveness and efficiency. Private security services operate according to a high risk, high reward model, taking significant risks to protect their clients from significant losses. We believe in hiring Security Officers that share this same value- the high risk is always worth the high reward of protecting people's lives and assets!
