The Rehabilitation Hospital of Indiana (RHI) provides quality rehabilitation services to those facing life-changing injuries or illnesses. We specialize in the areas of brain injury, stroke, spinal cord injury, and complex medical conditions. RHI is the only Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) Model System in the state of Indiana and one of only 16 in the U.S. RHI has two locations. Our facility on the northwest side of Indianapolis provides inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services to patients 15 years of age and older. Our facility on the north side of Indianapolis specializes in outpatient, interdisciplinary brain injury services for ages 15 and older as well as serve clientele with neuro and ortho-physical therapy needs and pediatric vision needs.

SUMMARY
The Physical Therapist is responsible for the provision of Physical Therapy services for an inpatient and/ or outpatient population from age 15 and older including, but not limited to, evaluation, evidence-based intervention, equipment recommendations, and modality application, under the referral of a physician or qualified non-physician practitioner.

Experience with TBI/BI, CVA, vestibular disorders, Dry Needling preferred
