Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Responsibilities: - Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner - Take drink orders and provide recommendations based on customer preferences - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a timely manner - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area - Adhere to all food safety and alcohol service regulations - Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register - Engage with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns - Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders - Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies as needed - Follow proper procedures for opening and closing the bar Requirements: - Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred - Strong knowledge of mixology techniques and drink recipes - Excellent math skills for cash handling and calculating bills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage with diverse clientele - Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices - Basic understanding of retail math for inventory management purposes - Time management skills to ensure efficient service during busy periods - Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Note: All positions must be paid, including internship positions.
