As Fulfillment Lead on the Inventory Control team, you will help lead a team of Warehouse Technicians to achieve maximum efficiency and fulfillment metrics. What You Get To Do Every Day

• Assist Leadership in planning and organizing departmental goals by understanding priorities and taking a proactive approach to managing workflow and associate hours 
• Partner with Leadership to support associates by building a team environment through strong floor presence and maintaining a positive, professional behavior at all times
• Responsible for the management of exceptions from daily activities and act as a liaison between the warehouse and customer service
• Coach and motivate associates to maximize performance and efficiency
• Act as key contributor in the training & development of existing and newly hired associates
• Help ensure an efficient and safe work environment
• Other duties as assigned

What You Bring To The Role

Minimum Requirements:

• 1 to 2 years of work experience in inventory control, product analysis, e-commerce production or related fields
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets 
• Ability to lead and influence a team
• Experience with inventory control and reconciliation
• Ability to take direction and shift priorities to meet business needs
• Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills 
• Adaptability and openness to change
• A growth mindset with a solutions focus

Preferred Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree 
• Experience in ecommerce operations 
• Knowledge and experience working with luxury goods 
• Strong analytical and business intelligence background
• Experience in ecommerce operations/ warehouse environment

The expected hourly rate for this role is $22.00 - $24.00. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
