The Maintenance Lead is responsible for the overall upkeep and maintenance of the Apartment Community. The primary goals of the Maintenance Lead is to: minimize the expenses whenever possible; protect the owner’s property.
The qualified candidate must be a “hands-on” maintenance person. The Maintenance Lead must be able to perform all maintenance tasks that pertain to building maintenance, e.g., plumbing, electrical, painting, heating, air conditioning and appliance repair. It is the responsibility of the Maintenance Lead to coordinate and monitor all aspects of the maintenance staff in order to ascertain full knowledge and control over the entire maintenance program.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Turning vacant apartments for new move ins
Grounds upkeep
Completing resident work orders

Qualifications
- Strong supervisory experience in maintenance, with a focus on electrical and mechanical systems
- Demonstrated ability in maintenance management, including overseeing a team and coordinating schedules
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and facilities management practices
- Familiarity with electrical systems
- Proven track record in project management within a residential environment
- Strong leadership skills to effectively guide and motivate maintenance team members
