Job Summary

The Client Operations and Configuration Coordinator primary function is to implement and maintain all client and system applications to support specific operational processes. They will also support Client Specific operational projects and serve as a backup for other Product Support functions.

Hours: Day shift, 40-hour work weeks. During training, 8am - 5pm. Flexible schedule options available between 7am - 7pm after six months of employment.

Setting: Professional office environment with remote opportunity available after six months of employment based on performance.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain all PIVOT configurations. Assist in testing and rollout of new system.
  • Assist Distribution and Product Support Manager in establishing proper settings for new clients in SMART and ACT and complete testing.
  • Assist Distribution and Product Support Manager with oversight and maintenance of letter production in SMART & PIVOT to include setting up new letters, revising existing letters, and overseeing production rollout and testing. Implement letters into PIVOT during rollout.
  • Maintain Restriction Application in support of PIVOT, defining how process is being built and ongoing support once in production.
  • Maintain and implement scrubbing exception to support Operations
  • Backup support for processing requests in ACT and SMART from Audit floor through ACT Mail box.
  • The ability to work at our Facility and maintain our regular work schedule of Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in the health insurance, related fields, which would provide the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the work .
  • Experience in audit division preferred
  • Experience in healthcare preferred
  • Knowledge of SMART and ACT Systems
  • Above average oral and written communication skills required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel
  • Attention to detail, ability to multitask, adapt quickly to change and demonstrate flexibility.
  • Professional in dealing with Audit management, Auditors, Client Services, Finance, Qualifications and Appeals and any other individual with whom this position interacts. This applies equally to personal, written or telephone contact.

Physical Requirements

  • Frequently remains in sitting position for long periods of time to perform duties.
  • Frequently concentrates for long periods of time, paying close attention to detail.
  • Frequently uses and views the computer using fingers, hands, and vision.
  • Frequently works in a well-lit, tempered environment.
