We are currently looking for a part-time Food Runner/Busser to join our kitchen staff. The ideal candidate would be a self-starter and team player who enjoys working with people and has the desire to grow and take on more responsibility in the kitchen.

Flexible Hours with day and evening shifts available. Shifts are available weekdays, weekends and holidays.

Job Summary:

• Clean, set and re-set tables continuously.
• Assist customers whenever possible during the course of the meal service.
• Stack trays, china and silverware properly for efficient unloading for dishwashers and ensure proper safety standards at all times.
• Assist servers as needed with food delivery, especially with large parties and during peak periods.
• Thank guests as they are leaving.
• Perform set up duties as requested to include side stations, storage areas and food staging area.
• Completely set patio and dining room tables with proper silverware, and salt & pepper shakers.
• Perform general cleaning tasks utilizing cleaning supplies to adhere to health and safety standards.
• Perform other duties as requested, such as cleaning unexpected spills and executing special customer requests.
• Communicate with server and host/hostess to assure efficient seating, table utilization and guest service.
• Wiping tables and chairs with proper cleaning supplies after each guest leaves, as well as maintaining all floors and all patios
• Follow opening and closing side work duties as assigned by the Restaurant Manager and/or MOD.
• Must possess a valid ServSafe Food Handler Card and RBS Certification to maintain employment.
