These positions will provide support across THE RANCH Restaurant, Saloon, and Events Center.

Maintenance/Appliance Technician

This position will provide maintenance and repair support for THE RANCH Restaurant & Saloon. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to troubleshooting, testing, performing service and maintenance on all commercial type kitchen equipment typically found in restaurants. You will be responsible for completing your work assignment in a safe and timely fashion while keeping management informed of progress.

Responsibilities:

• Work with high and low voltage wiring
• Perform brazing and/or soldering as needed in a safe manner
• Motor replacement, alignment and the various tools and techniques associated such repair
• Walk-In and Reach-In refrigerator & freezer repair and maintenance
• Perform all work using proper safety equipment and in a safe manner
• Maintain tools, parts, equipment and supplies in clean and safe condition
• Maintain Records and follows Maintenance Procedures in Equipment Binders

Requirements:

• 3 years of commercial food service experience
• EPA-608 Refrigerant Certification
• CFESA Certification a plus
• Must be proficient in reading electrical schematics
• Working knowledge of natural gas/ propane fed equipment
• Need to be able to take task from beginning to completion
• Need to be able to work on your own
• Need to be able work through and solve problems
• Work quickly and efficiently while performing jobs and work orders
• Ability to work in an occupied environment
• Excellent communication, verbal and written
• Strong attention to detail, highly organized
• Proficient in Outlook, Word and Excel

Pay rate: $30.00 to $36.00 per hour. Pay may vary depending on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors.
