The Rabbit Hole Coffeehouse and Brew is seeking a versatile and dynamic individual to join our team as a part-time Barista/Bartender/Cook. Responsibilities:

• Perform barista duties, including preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages with precision and artistry.
• Handle bartending duties, including serving beer, wine, and other specialty beverages to customers.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, ensuring a safe and sanitary environment.
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders, providing recommendations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth and efficient operation.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role, such as a barista, server, or bartender is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate!
• Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality products.
• Basic knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, beverage mixing, and food handling procedures.
• Good personal hygiene
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
