- Manage the month end and year end closing processes from start to finish
- Create monthly Financial Statements through:
- Journal entries
- Asset and depreciation reports
- Reconciliation of General Ledger accounts
- Payroll Administration
- Manage 401(k) Administration
- Manage year-end audit review process
- Manage daily treasury processes.
- Manage day to day interaction with the bank.
- Process Monthly Sales Tax information and payment requests
- Yearly property tax reporting
- Financial reporting and interaction with Company Board.
- Initiate and execute process improvements to increase productivity within the organization
- Other duties as assigned by the President of the Company.
- Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or Finance.
- Minimum of 8 years of account experience; monthly close experience required
- Advanced computer skills - knowledge of Microsoft Office – Strong Excel experience. AS400 work experience a plus.
- Work hours: 8 am – 5 pm, Monday – Friday, with flexibility to work additional hours to complete work assignments.

- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
