Job description:

We are looking for dedicated, honest, dependable, professional team players to join our team! If you are eager to work in a professional kitchen with dedicated staff and you have a passion for the hospitality industry, and take pride in every dish you prepare, we welcome you to apply to work at our beautiful private country club located in Quechee, Vermont.

The ideal candidates will be flexible, friendly, dependable, honest, and possess the ability to work as a member of a professional team, be on time and come in when scheduled. The position requires the ability to move from task to task. Prior kitchen and cooking experience preferred.

We can provide a safe, stable working environment with room for growth and professionals eager to teach their skills.

• We have temporary subsidized housing available.

We have both FT and PT positions available-Benefits are available to Full-Time hires.

Line cooks work the line including, but not limited to baking, broiling, frying and sauté` as directed by the Sous and Executive Chefs.

• Follows recipes, portion controls and presentation specifics.
• Has understanding and knowledge to properly utilize a wide range of kitchen tools and utensils.
• Maintains all work areas and equipment, ensuring property stocking, cleanliness, sanitation and organization throughout the shift and at the end of the work shift.

Employees have use of our fitness center, indoor/outdoor pools, two 18-hole golf courses, tennis courts, paddle and pickle ball, 50-acre man-made lake, boating, meal discounts, fitness classes and more. Some limits may apply seasonally.
