JOB SUMMARY

This position will oversee and manage our entire supply chain. You will organize and monitor the storage and distribution of goods, ensuring optimum efficiency and productivity with an eye on all stages of the order cycle. Our overall goal is to find the right person to manage the entire process, enhancing business growth, ensuring sustainability, and increasing customer satisfaction.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Organize the warehouse, supplier and vendor services
• Receive and process orders for materials and merchandise
• Visualize , facilitate, optimize and coordinate the full order cycle from start to finish
• Track quality, quantity, key inventory min and max, transport costs, delivery timelines and productivity
• Coordinated skills to oversee warehouse, catalog goods and shipments
• Address any issues or complaints that may arise quickly and amicably
• Must be Budget conscious, increase productivity, hone accuracy, and adhere to safety standards
• Analyze data and consider performance modifications and implement improvements
• Manage the maintenance , preparation and routing of purchase orders using ERP system (NetSuite)
• Interfaces with and establishes positive relationships with operations and maintenance personnel to continuously improve productivity goals
• Perform other duties as assigned

SKILLS

• Must have good interpersonal and communications skills
• Knowledge of safety practices in a mining / manufacturing environment
• Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software
• NetSuite experience preferred
• Must be extremely organized, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Must be eager to take initiative with a strong desire to learn and improve
• Work requires continual attention to detail, establishing priorities, meeting deadlines and exceptional analytical thinking and problem solving skills

REQUIRED ACTIVITIES

Sitting frequently up to 60% of work time. Standing and walking up to 40% of work time.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• College degree with an emphasis in Business principles preferred
• 1 to 2 years experience in inventory control or Logistics
