The QTI Group is seeking a Chemical Blender Operator to join the team of a local manufacturer! You will be responsible for precisely measuring, mixing, and blending chemicals according to established formulas and procedures.

Your attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols will ensure the consistent quality of our products. These are DIRECT HIRE opportunities on 1st or 2nd shift offering full benefits.

Pay range is $20.00 - $22.00 / hour depending on shift.

Responsibilities :

Measure and weigh raw ingredients according to batch specifications

Operate blending equipment and make adjustments to meet qualify expectations

Mix chemicals in appropriate containers using blending equipment

Maintain accurate records of blending activities and inventory levels

Collaborate with qualify control departments to ensure samples are tested on a timely basis

Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent required

Prior experience in chemical or food blending

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
