Summary: Our leading partner in drive technology is seeking candidates for their Bilingual Production Trainer position. The Production Trainer position is responsible for teaching and guiding team members across departments to ensure successful comprehension of production skills. Apply now! Pay: $19.50/hr Hours: 2nd shift M-Thur, 2:45pm am -1:15 am Responsibilities:
Train and support production employees with an initial emphasis on the employees that have been with the company for less than a year
Conduct new hire onboarding group training as necessary
Job training, product training, and cross-department training with every shop employee
The go-to person for any questions or concerns that an employee may have
Read, write, and use job instructions to train employees
Ensure that safety procedures are being followed
Drive improvement through job shadowing of the floor processes and execution of the company’s principles
Work with the leads and supervisors to ensure that job instructions are updated as needed
Work closely with the Production Training Specialist, leads, and supervisors to ensure that new employees are getting the attention and training they require to succeed
Assist in scheduling, coordinating, and tracking employees as they go through the training programs
Responsible for ensuring that all training programs are being tracked by the necessary supervisors
An advocate for the production employees while embodying the company culture
Qualifications:
Fluent in English and Spanish
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Post High School Degree preferred.
Ability to learn and become a subject matter expert. Must be approachable, positive, and embody the company culture and mission.
Excellent people skills.
Ability to identify root causes of issues and propose ideas for solutions.
Exceptional organizational skills with an ability to multitask. Proven ability to train and present training material using job instructions.
Must have a working knowledge of production processes.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Basic PowerPoint, Excel, and Word abilities preferred.
