We are looking for Guest Experience Specialists to be a vital part of our team. Responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the venue. This position includes Host/Hostesses, Front Lobby Attendants, Caddies, and Starters.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Take and accurately enter customer orders into the POS (Point of Sale) system
- Answer questions about menu items, our flow, and process, and assist as needed to ensure a positive experience
- Assemble food and drink orders accurately, ensuring all items are included and presented accordingly. Then, deliver to guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the venue
- Monitor levels of supplies and restock when needed
- Process payments
- Collaborate with other Club Members to ensure smooth operations
- Communicate effectively
- Assist with tasks as assigned to meet guests' needs and maintain a positive work environment.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the restaurant industry preferred but not
required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple
tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and
holidays.
- Willingness to learn and follow company policies and procedures.
