Position Description:
The Pursuit is looking for a self-motivated, passionate individual(s) to join our team. Our goal is to find committed individuals who want to make a difference in the lives of young children and their families.
Responsibilities:
● Follow The Pursuit and state licensing standards.
● Responsible for keeping a fun, loving, and safe environment for children and families.
● Attend staff meetings and development.
● Supervise and monitor the safety of children.
● Maintain a clean and organized environment.
● Prepare and follow weekly lesson plans.
● Organize activities and develop curriculum for young children.
● Ensuring the hygiene of children and changing diapers when necessary.
● Maintain open and professional lines of communication with families in regard to their child(ren).
● Other duties assigned by the Childcare Director.
Position Requirements:
● DNA Carrier – Bleeds and defaults to the mission, vision, and values of The Pursuit.
● Hustle – High energy, self-starter who not only gets things done but makes things
happen.
● Love for People – Be passionate and able to work well with a wide range of people
including parents, children, and staff members.
● Preferred: Experience in preschool, elementary school, or child care center.

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
