Position: Communication Coordinator

Location: Bowling Green, KY (Onsite)

Job Description:

· Support Senior Communications Manager in the development and execution of employee enthusiasm events, fostering a positive and engaging experience for participants.

· Support Senior Communications Manager in managing media requests, inquiries and interactions.

· Support Senior Communications Manager in the organization and facilitation of leadership and public visits, including scripting and agenda development.

· Keep the workforce informed about client official product information and plant actions through regular communication channels.

· Create internal plant videos for internal and external use, showcasing the plant's activities and achievements.

· Enhance client storytelling initiatives with employee, customer, and community interviews.

· Assist in speechwriting and presentation development for plant leadership.

· Coordinate plant volunteers and representatives for public-facing events.

· Support the planning and communication of various in-plant meetings.

Develops and maintains a system for managing office routine:

· High school diploma or GED required. Student enrolment into college is required***

· 0-2 years related experience required.

· Assists in planning, conducting and evaluating projects

· Strong organizational and project management skills.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively and independently.

· Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

· Proficiency in photography, video shooting, editing, and production software is a plus.

· Experience in event planning and coordination is a plus.

· Knowledge of media relations is beneficial.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
