Some responsibilities of a barista include: working as a cashier, making beverages, using brewing equipment/espresso machine, scooping ice cream, food preparation, and providing excellent customer service.

$12.00/hour for standard barista wage PLUS cash and credit card tips! On average, our baristas make around $16-$20 an hour with tips included. Entry level training wage is $11 and last up to 30 days. Those with prior barista experience may be hired at a higher pay rate.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
