The Providence Community Health Centers (PCHC) with nine clinics in the city of Providence, Rhode Island is accepting applications for Family Nurse Practitioners who want to make a difference in the community and desire a patient-centered care team approach to healthcare.

About the Float Team opportunity:

• Full-time or part-time with a regular weekday schedule.
• Provider floats between PCHC clinics in Providence providing coverage for PCHC providers on leave/vacation. PCHC clinics are all located in Providence within a few miles of one another.
• Care for patients of all ages. 
• No regular panel management responsibility.
• Weekday outpatient clinic only. No weekends. No inpatient.
• Sample full-time schedule: Mon-Wed-Fri 9:00-5:00; Tues & Thurs 12:00-8:00 pm

Qualifications:

-Family NP with minimum 3 years experience in primary care 

-Bilingual and bicultural skills are valued but not required
