The Professional Group is actively seeking experienced Passenger Service Supervisor for a leading South American carrier, LATAM Airlines Group. This position will be working out of the Los Angeles International Airport. See below for full details and come join us!
Objetive:
Oversee the operation, making sure the employees provide a Customer Service with the Company standards in all areas including check-in, Gates and arrivals.
Main functions:
· Coordinate and supervise the service provided by the provider to passengers at check-in, boarding and flight arrivals.
· Coordinate the operative and informative briefings.
· Coordinate with the service provider on schedules and role assignments accordingly.
· Prepare contingency and response plans for emergencies.
· Supervise the customer service provided at the counter, boarding, arrival and luggage services.
· Supervise the functions associated with the closing of the flight.
· Prepare shift reports.
· Respond to passengers’ complaints.
· Lead Airport’s Management projects.
· Perform other activities of similar nature according to the needs of the department
