The Professional Group is seeking for a Stockroom Supervisor to join us for our client LATAM Group, located at the Miami International Airport.

The main objective of this position is to oversees daily stockroom operations, reception, storage and dispatch of aircraft parts for the Client’s Maintenance department, according to the standards and procedures established by the company and the different aviation authorities (FAA, DGAC, DNA, etc.).

The main responsibilities of this position are:

Ø Assign task and set priorities for stocks clerks.

Ø Maintain stock levels by making sure all stockroom transactions are completed.

Ø Shipping and Receiving, coordinate timely processing of materials movements.

Ø Review and coordinate materials needed for set maintenance work.

Ø Analyze processes in the area and design process improvements with the aim of achieving continuous improvements on the productivity indicators derived from these process.

Ø Support the warehouses in the cargo network on exporting the best practices in stock management.

Ø Supervise the receiving and dispatch operation for the aircraft parts warehouse/stockroom, ensuring compliance with the control procedures and in/out records.

Ø Manager the mandatory training plan for the team under his/her management.

Ø Lead the audit process.

Ø Perform other activities of similar nature according to the needs of the department.

Job Requirements

Ø High School or GED

Ø Inventory background preferred.

Ø 1 to 3 years of previous experience supervising personnel in an operational environment.

Ø 2 to 3 years of experience in stock and warehouse operations.

Ø Experience in airline industry is preferred.

Ø Advanced knowledge MS Office/Excel.

Ø Bilingual: English and Spanish is a must.

Ø Availability to work “on call”.
