UNION, an upscale restaurant in downtown Portland, Maine is seeking a Busser. We offer creative takes on locally sourced food, matched with warm, genuine hospitality. Our restaurant is situated within The Press Hotel, Portland's first independent lifestyle property.

Prior restaurant experience preferred. Our ideal candidate will be hardworking, friendly, detail oriented, and able to work a flexible schedule. Responsible for side work, setting tables, restocking server areas, watering tables, assist with food running and bussing tables.

This is a great opportunity for someone starting out in food and beverage that wants to learn how to be a server. Full-time or part-time hours available.
