The Preserve at West View is Hiring a Property Maintenance Technician Near Greer, SC
Pickering & Company, Inc. is looking to fill a full time Property Maintenance Technician position at an established and well maintained Multi-Family Housing property located in Greer, SC; The Preserve at West View. Applicant should be a team player, have initiative, be loyal, honest and have a drive to provide superior customer service. On call rotation will be required. Multi-Family Property Management-Maintenance experience preferred. EPA is preferred but not a must.
Competitive salary based on experience, bonus program, full benefits package and the chance to work for a small but experienced Property Management Firm.
