JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Previous work history in a management position at a licensed childcare facility or preschool is preferred.
HS Diploma/GED
18 years or over
Background Check
CPR/First Aid Certification

DUTIES:
-Front-office assistance including: internal/external communication, utilize preschool management system and parent portal, and other general management tasks

-Staffing assignment and daily planning, recruitment/interviewing assistance

-Curriculum and learning plan support across campus

-Classroom support

-Ensure curriculum is being effectively utilized throughout the day

-Provide a safe environment for all children

-Maintain parent/teacher relationship in order to communicate about children

-Encourage social, emotional and intellectual growth of children

-Maintain professionalism at all times

-Follow all Childcare Licensing Minimum Standards
