Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator and Transaction Coordinator to join our team. Someone who is looking to grow with the team and sees themselves long term in the Real Estate industry.

As a Transaction Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and preparing contractual paperwork, communicating with clients and coordinating deals. All administrative tasks involved in the real estate. This is a part-time position which requires someone to work from the office most days, but we are open.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and manage all aspects of real estate transactions from start to finish

- Prepare and review contracts, addendums, and other transaction documents

- Ensure all necessary documents are properly completed and submitted in a timely manner

- Communicate with clients, agents, lenders, and other parties involved in the transaction

- Schedule and coordinate inspections, appraisals, and other necessary appointments

- Maintain accurate records of all transaction details and updates

- Assist with any additional administrative tasks as needed

- Manage social media accounts

- Create marketing material for open houses, new listings, social media and prospecting.

- Creative outlets: 'semi-staging', open house preparations, expos, content creation

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a similar role as a Transaction Coordinator/ Administration or in a related field (marketing, advertising, event coordinating etc)

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

- Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills

- Proficient computer skills, including experience with order entry systems and Google Suite

- Familiarity with real estate transactions is preferred but not required

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

- Social media understanding is a must.
