Evening Post Books, the book publishing division of Evening Post Publishing, is seeking a marketing intern for the summer term. The paid intern is expected to be in the office in downtown Charleston 15-20 hours per week between June and July, with the option to extend through August. Scheduling time within EPB office hours is flexible. Candidates should be enrolled in, or recently graduated from, a four-year college or university, and focusing their studies on marketing, communications, or a related field. Reporting to the managing editor, the goal of the marketing intern is the work alongside the editorial team to increase brand awareness through the usage of digital platforms such as social media, the website, and our newsletter. As a result of working as a marketing intern, the student will have the opportunity to acquire and further develop their communication skills, time management abilities, and creativity in a professional environment through a book publishing lens.
