• Operating CNC equipment operation is a plus.
• Operating Break press equipment operation is a plus.
• Operating Shear equipment is a plus.
• Be able to Form metal panels.
• Be able to assemble metal panels.
• Be able to operate hand tools and power equipment.
• Be able to learn and understand product and manufacturing workflow.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Keep tools organized and clean.
• Be able to build crates is a plus.
• Read, understand shop drawings, and build tickets.
• Be able to follow a schedule.
• Be able to pack and protect finished panels.
• Provide results that meet or exceed Forge quality standards.
• Maintain inventory levels in workstations.
• ACM product knowledge is preferred.
• Rainscreen product knowledge is preferred.
• Manufacturing and assembly knowledge is preferred.
• General carpentry knowledge is preferred.
• Have good communication skills.
