Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Swim Instructor/Office Assistant to join our team. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching swimming techniques and water safety skills to students of all ages and skill levels. Responsibilities:
- Conduct swim lessons in a safe and supportive environment
- Teach proper swimming techniques, including strokes, breathing, and floating
- Provide instruction on water safety and drowning prevention
- Develop lesson plans based on individual student needs and goals
- Monitor students' progress and provide feedback for improvement
- Ensure the safety of all participants during swim lessons
- Maintain a clean and organized pool area

Qualifications:
- Strong swimming skills and knowledge of various swimming strokes
- Previous experience as a Swim Instructor or in a related role (e.g., lifeguard, sports coaching)
- Certification in CPR and First Aid (preferred)
- Experience working with children and adults in a teaching or coaching capacity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude

Preferred Skills (not required):
- Experience in other sports coaching (e.g., cheerleading, basketball, karate, judo)
- Lifeguard certification or experience as a lifeguard
- Background in childcare or working with students
- Knowledge of martial arts
