Required Qualifications
1. Hands on experience with Agile Metrics,
2. Hands on experience on Agile PLM, Agile Methodologies Scrum,
3. Hands on experience on Agile Estimation,
4. Hands on experience on Agile Requirements Management,
5. Hands on experience on JIRA, Common Agile ALM Tools,
6. Hands on experience on Agile Engineering Practices, Program Change Management,
7. Expert in leading all the Sprint ceremonies.
8. Good to have hands-on on SAFe framework, PI Planning
Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment. Collaborate with other team members on agile development teams.

Jira Align / Jira Advanced Roadmap adoption leadership (influencing and directing technology and business stakeholders)
Pro / expert users of Atlassian tools
