Job Description:
Facilitates the Agile process
Oversees the Scrum process and coaches the team; facilitates transparency, inspection, and adaptation
Helps the Scrum Team focus on creating high-value increments that meet the Definition of Done
Ensures that all Scrum Events take place and are positive, productive, and kept with the timebox
Causes the removal of impediments to the Scrum Team s progress
Facilitates communication and collaboration inside and outside the team
Shields the team from external interference and ensures the team is fully functional and productive
Fosters self-organization and cross-functionality of the team
Helping the team agree on what they can achieve during each sprint (or other time period).
Coaches Agile Teams to be cross-functional and Self-managing high performing teams
Helps find techniques for effective Product Goal definition and Product Backlog management
Helps the Scrum Team understand the need for clear and concise Product Backlog Items
Helps establish empirical product planning for a complex environment
Facilitating stakeholder collaboration as requested or needed.
Leads, trains and coaches the organization in its Agile adoption
Qualifications:
Deep understanding of Agile & lean values and principles
Working experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach of distributed Agile team (3 yrs), tech domain preferred
Skilled in training or coaching individuals and teams in Agile practices and values (lean and product management a plus), Working experience > 2yrs
Working knowledge of best practices in value-driven development (requirements management, prototyping, hypothesis-driven development, usability testing)
Working knowledge of technical engineering best practices including test driven development, continuous integration, DevOps
good communicator with problem solving mindset and focus on process improvement
Working knowledge of work management and collaboration tools (Jira and confluence preferred)
Scrum Master and Agile Certifications
Experience with scaling agile across the organization preferably Scrum@Scale
